Innovita and Quanterix Expand Strategic Collaboration to Advance Precision Diagnostics in Infectious Diseases

Beijing, China – May 20, 2026 – Beijing Innovita Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (“Innovita”) and Quanterix Corporation (“Quanterix”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to expand their strategic collaboration, extending the application of Simoa® single-molecule array technology into infectious disease diagnostics in China.

Building on their existing partnership in neurological diagnostics, the expanded collaboration reflects a shared commitment to advancing ultra-sensitive diagnostic technologies and accelerating clinical access to innovative precision diagnostics.

Expanding Precision Diagnostics Through Strategic Collaboration

Quanterix’s proprietary Simoa® platform enables biomarker detection at femtogram-per-milliliter (fg/mL) levels, supporting earlier and more precise disease detection. Under the expanded agreement, Innovita will develop, register, and manufacture infectious disease assays based on Simoa® technology, further strengthening its precision diagnostics portfolio across infectious and neurological diseases.

From Neurology to Infectious Disease Applications

Innovita and Quanterix first established their partnership in 2024 to advance Simoa® technology applications in neurological diagnostics in China. The latest agreement marks an important milestone as the collaboration expands into infectious disease diagnostics.

Leadership Perspectives and Future Outlook

Ms. Xiujie Zhang, General Manager of Innovita, commented:
"We are pleased to expand our collaboration with Quanterix into infectious disease diagnostics. Building on our progress in neurological applications, we look forward to accelerating the localization of Simoa® technology and developing highly sensitive diagnostic solutions that address evolving clinical needs in China."
Mr. Everett Cunningham, CEO of Quanterix, added:
"China is an important market for precision medicine, and Innovita is a strong partner with valuable local expertise. We are excited to broaden our collaboration and advance the application of Simoa® technology in infectious diseases."
Looking ahead, Innovita and Quanterix will continue exploring broader applications of Simoa® technology and supporting greater access to precision diagnostics in China.
